- Do you use AI in your designs?
No, there is no use of AI in any design of Quaint Quill LLC.
- How do I track my order?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer tracking services with the products we have available. When you are charged for shipping, the cost equates to one (1) US Forever Stamp per ounce of product your order. You should receive a notification once your order has shipped from our store.
- How long does shipping take?
National shipping can take anywhere from 3-14 business days. Unfortunately, shipping is out of our hands once your package is delivered to the post office. If you do not receive your package within 14 business days, please email us at support@quaintquill.shop
- What if I don't receive my order confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at support@quaintquill.shop and we will be able to offer order verification.
- Do you ship internationally?
We are currently unable to offer international shipping. We hope to have this option available to our customers soon. Check back on our social media periodically for any announcements/updates regarding international shipping.
- How do I modify/cancel my order?
Unfortunately there is no way for a customer to modify/cancel their order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@quaintquill.shop with details about your modification/cancellation details.
- What if I don't receive my order? What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, or not at all, please reach out to us at support@quaintquill.shop with a replacement request. If your items arrive damaged please include photos in your email. Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility we have no control over how it's handled but we are committed to customer satisfaction.
- Return/Exchange policy:
All return/exchange requests are subject to company approval. Please contact us at support@quaintquill.shop with details and photos, if possible, and we would be happy to assist you.
